(Applicable to All Yacht Charter Bookings)
At MNH Yachts, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our guests. We understand that plans can change, and therefore we have established the following refund and rescheduling policy to ensure fairness and clarity for all parties.
1. Cancellation & Full Refund (Prior to 7 Days)

Guests are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount if the cancellation request is made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled trip date.

The cancellation must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email to our official contact channels.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Important:

Service charges, transaction fees, and payment gateway charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.

Any third-party arrangements (catering, decoration, entertainment, etc.) already confirmed may also be subject to separate cancellation policies.
2. Cancellations Within 7 Days of Trip

If a cancellation request is made less than 7 days before the scheduled trip, the booking will not qualify for a monetary refund.

However, guests will be offered a one-time complimentary rescheduling option.
3. Rescheduling Policy
For cancellations made within 7 days:

Guests may reschedule their trip to a new available date within 30 days of the original booking date (subject to yacht availability).

Rescheduling must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the new trip date.

If there is a price difference due to peak season, weekends, or upgraded services, the guest will be required to pay the difference.

If the new selected date has a lower rate, the difference will not be refunded but may be adjusted as onboard credit (at management discretion).
4. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the designated boarding location at the agreed time without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

No-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
5. Weather & Safety Conditions

In the event of unsafe weather conditions or technical issues deemed unsuitable for sailing by the captain or maritime authorities:

The trip will be rescheduled to the next available suitable date.

If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued excluding service charges.

Guest safety is our top priority, and the captain’s decision will be final.
6. Force Majeure
MNH Yachts shall not be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Government restrictions
-
Natural disasters
-
Maritime authority regulations
-
Unexpected mechanical issues
In such cases, rescheduling will be prioritized.
7. Amendments & Modifications

Any request to modify booking hours, yacht size, guest count, or additional services must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure.

All modifications are subject to availability and price adjustment.
8. Agreement to Policy
By confirming a booking with MNH Yachts, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Reschedule Policy.
